  Update(11/17); it has been a wonderful experience getting attention from a skilled & caring physician. I have been greatly helped by this skilled psychopharmacologist.. he does not give out controlled substances unnecessarily(ppl get upset & leave bad reviews). I have found Dr. Gowda, to be an excellent physician, who always seems to be patient oriented; easy to speak with as well as understand; with an exceptional, friendly, courteous office staff. Dr. Gowda has a highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly demeanor, and after several visits, the overall high and consistent quality of care & concern has been such, that I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Gowda to anyone who would need his highly skilled services.

  I've been going to Dr. Gowda for almost 10 years. Since my first visit it's done nothing but help improve my life. I went to him a broken soul. Honestly, at the end of my rope. It took years to get my medication right. I definitely wasn't a quick fix like I thought it would be. I just recently celebrated 10 years clean, and definitely wouldn't have made it without Dr. Gowda.

  I actually used to work for this guy and he is sexist to the extreme. At the end of each business day, I would take the days messages, along with patient charts, to his office. He would write notes in the charts and then instead of handing me the chart back, because I am standing right next to him, he would toss it on the floor at my feet. He talks down to women any chance he gets. He also talks badly about his patients and acts like they are an inconvenience to him, even though their problems are what pays his bills.
